Dr. Andrews and his team are all incredible. His assistants are all super polite, considerate, and personable and will make sure you're as comfortable as possible. I got my braces here four years ago and my teeth are so much straighter, my overbite has been corrected, and I can physically smile now! Even after painful procedures or rewirings, I come out of the experience happy. P.S. - staff is trans friendly! Simply let them know your preferred name and pronouns and they will add them to their system alongside your legal name. To the assistant who asked for my pronouns and then happily told me that her son is trans as well - you rock 🙂

The 5 stars doesn’t even match my feelings for the Dr Andrew’s and staff. They are truly family to me. My journey started with a pulled front tooth by Dr Sala who did not think period. The consequent 4 years would take me from a flipper to prosthetic tooth and ultimately an implant. The tooth did not need to be pulled so quickly. Dr. Andrew’s worked closely with Dr Swanson to provide a life changing experience. As a public person that uses his mouth to make money I was truly provided not just the best smile but truly given my life back. Thank you staff especially Feather who was alway supportive and listened even when I may not of been so kind about my past experiences with dentists. To older folks that need orthodontist work look no further. Simply family.

The assistants are always super nice and fun. Doctor Kevin Andrews is always super nice and welcoming. I’ve been going to them since 2018 and they are the only dental place that has ever made my comfortable and I look forward to my appointments because of how welcoming they are. They are always carful and I never felt pain from my visits with them. I highly recommend them for young kids who are nervous or scared.

For our first time being patients at this office and new to the area, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly. Ms. Meghan fought hard to figure out our insurance situation. This is my second time with braces due to my own mistakes of not following proper after care once you get your braces off. We needed an orthodontist in an emergency when a wire broke in my son's mouth while we were on vacation. Dr Andrew's got him in quickly that same day, communicated with our home office about his needs, and could not have been nicer to work with. Everyone in the office was wonderful and I could not recommend them enough. If we lived in Reno Dr. Andrews would be our first choice for orthodontic care.

Dr. Andrews and his staff are professional, accommodating, and overall so friendly and caring! I’ve had braces for about a year and a half and every time I go in, they walk me through my appointment step by step so I am always aware of what is going on with my treatment plan. When I have emergencies with poking wires or brackets, they get me in right away so that I’m not uncomfortable for long periods of time. Today I needed a wire clipped and they went above and beyond during my appointment and took many precautions because of covid. They care about their patients and Dr. Andrews cares for his staff just as much. Beyond how amazing they all are, my whole smile is being transformed! So much more than just straight teeth, their changing so much about my smile and really listened to me during the consultation when I was explaining all of the things I don’t like about my smile. I am so close to the finish line and am already so in love with my smile, I can’t wait to complete my treatment! I am so happy I choose Dr Andrews and there’s a reason he’s been on top for so many years! He and his staff are so knowledgeable and amazing!

Took my daughter (11 yrs old) in for her consultation today. My first impression of The staff and Dr. Andrews was wonderful. They explained everything so thorough, my daughter felt very comfortable with them. I'm truly happy that they explained the whole process to her not just speaking to me. My son had an accident this past spring at science camp and we needed to get braces on him right away to get the tooth he knocked mostly out, back in place, and to start his braces plan altogether. The staff there are absolutely fantastic. They listen when we ask questions. Dr. Andrews is very sincere when he approaches us and asks us how we are doing. It’s a warming and very clean environment. I’ve had to bring my son in every 2-3 weeks and each time they have accommodated my schedule. Plus, I love how good they are with keeping on schedule. We never wait more than about 2 mins from the time we check in to the time they call us back to get started. I’m excited to see the end result when it’s all done. My son is extremely excited about the rewards program they offer. We feel that it’s money well spent and recommend Dr. Andrews and his team to anyone.

I have anxiety about dentists but they always make me feel so comfortable. Any stress I have , they work with you!!! And it's fun!!! Tey do all sorts if cool contests! They are like family. I am so happy to be with them. Super awesome team!!!!

Two and half years ago I decided I wanted to fix my smile. I knew it was going to be a long and expensive road, but I was determined to do it.
I did my research about different orthodontics in Reno and the one that always came up was Dr. Andrews. Finally one day I was at the Galaxy Imax and I saw they were in a commercial there too! I called the next day and scheduled a consultation.
I had my appointment a couple of days after and since the moment they told me what I needed and how we were going to get there, I knew this was the right place for me.

I was a little concern about the finances because orthodontic treatments are not cheap. However, Dr. Andrews offers different payment plans with no down payment. The financial plan worked out perfect for me! The orthodontics treatments are different for everybody. The braces are made with your teeth impressions. This is all new technology and cool stuff.

For two and a half years I visited the office for my appointments. The staff was always really nice to me and helped me a lot during my treatment. Special thank you to Dr. Kevin Andrews for fixing my teeth. I know I was a hard case!
To Feather! She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She always explained to me what was going on with my teeth and motivate me to wear the bands.

The other girls: Michelle, Sarah, and Rachelle, checked on me too. They were all very professional and helpful. Thank you so much, girls! Without you, my treatment would not have been the same.

The office is nice. There is coffee, tea, hot cocoa, water, and free wi-fi in the waiting area. This is an active practice. They are always doing a raffle, a contest, or an event for patients. They send you Post-cards and newsletters on the mail. I love that! You feel part of the family. The girls on the front desk are super friendly. Jamie helped me to reschedule appointments many times, and she was always willing to help with a beautiful smile.
What I liked the most of my experience at Dr. Andrews was the camaraderie among the staff. They are a real team!

Dr Andrews and his staff are always very friendly and professional. The appointments move quickly so you are not stuck waiting around. My personal favorite is their yearly Christmas card. 🙂

It's a very relaxing environment for my son, and he enjoys the rewards he is given for good care of his appliances! Every tech I’ve seen over the past year has been gentle and caring. Dr Andrews is the best. He has a great energy and an infectious smile. He even remembered my birthday! Best part, he really knows what he’s doing! All positive and I’d highly recommend. My teeth are looking so much better and my bite is much improved too! Best thing I ever did for myself! Did I mention that everyone in that official has the best smile ever?!

Extremely nice and helpful ladies work in this office. Never had a bad experience yet. Very affordable too. Dr Andrew's is one if the nicest dentist I've had and very honest on his advice on treatment for you. I recommend his office to anyone who is an adult trying to get a beautiful smile.

I think it the best office and Reno the girls r great the very nice and do a great job my sister and Mom both hard brace there. And I also have them and so far I love it it nice and there always something fun to look up to..

My braces experience has been excellent with these guys! I had pretty crooked and messed up teeth when I started the braces process; now I'm half way done and my teeth are almost completely straight ! It's been amazing to watch how fast they've changed! Dr. Andrews and all the staff are not only very skilled and professional, but are also very friendly and helpful.

I hate the dentist and everything that has to do with it so I put off getting braces for a really long time. I’m glad I found Dr. Andrews and his amazing team because they are the best. They explain everything that is going to happen and it makes you feel more prepared and relaxed. My teeth are getting straighter everyday and I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work. Highly recommend them to everyone who needs orthodontist work because they are very experienced friendly and hygienic.

I always enjoy taking Connor to his appointments. The staff is very friendly and easy to converse with. My youngest son even likes to go with us. The waiting room pampers its guests with complimentary Keurig drinks and plenty of toys and games for the kids. My youngest will be in braces next because the pricing is unbeatable!

This is my daughter’s orthodontist. The staff are amazing, the price and financing are perfect fit and they worked with a single mom budget. They make her feel so comfortable and they are so good about accommodating appointments, even those popped bracket surprises. I am so grateful for all the time and effort they spend with her to make sure she understands her care, not just me. Additionally, Dr. Andrews has always been very up front and transparent about her progress. I value that!

Seriously the greatest office around. Dr. Andrews and his wonderful staff are unlike anything I have seen! From day one they are so welcoming and genuinely care about your individual well being and comfort. Their hospitality goes above and beyond. Just one examply; I went in to get my wires off so I could get my cleaning done at my dentist's office. My appointment was at 10:30 (cleaning appt at 11:00) and I checked in around 10:25. At around 10:50 I asked Jamie about how much longer it would be and she was shocked and thought I had been taken back already (honest mistake). I wasn't upset at all that they were a little behind, just curious so I could call the dentist and pet them know I might be a little late. They quickly got me in and on my way. When I returned to the office later that day to get the wire back on, Jamie had given me a Starbucks gift card and apologized for the wait! I just thought how sweet and thoughtful. I am truly amazed at this group of people. Would recommend this office 100% to anyone interested in braces.

I find the whole office team at Dr. Andrews friendly, eager to assist and really good at each of their positions. Talk about a smoothly oiled system. Such a pleasure as an experience if having braces can be a pleasure! LOL
